Remember that every item on that list can only be traded in once per NG. So you can get a maximum of 2 Colorless Demon's Souls from her.

One item at a time only. The fastest way would be to drop the item and Load Profile, then you'll get the traded item thereafter.

Also, Mephistopheles will drop it if you kill her. To get her to appear, you must first kill Yurt, The Silent Chief and attain Pure Black Soul Tendency. She will then appear on the third floor of The Nexus, on the wall opposite the third floor entrance, just to the left.
